Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts, technological inflection points, and market disruptions through 2030
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI integration, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum computing and biotechnology teams
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design immersive scenario-planning simulations for organizational resilience
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patent-protected innovations
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Certification in ethical AI governance or futures methodologies (e.g., Sohonet, WFS)
