- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and scientists
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product development plans
- Monitor emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles at tech/forward-thinking companies
- Deep expertise in technological singularity, exponential growth models, and paradigm shifts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or thought leadership pieces
