Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with business objectives
- Present foresight frameworks to global stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on 2026-readiness
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in regulated industries
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary futurist think tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2026+ technology implementation
