Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on organizational adaptation strategies for post-2025 disruption scenarios
- Represent the company at premier future-focused conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or client transformation projects
