Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on future workforce evolution
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on next-gen human augmentation research
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for C-suite decision-making
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 impact
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or similar
- Expertise in exponential technology modeling (Singularity University preferred)
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro and Monte Carlo simulation tools
- Track record of patent-protected innovation commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Speaker at TED or Davos on future trends
