Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions addressing climate, health, and infrastructure challenges
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Advocate for sustainable innovation practices in board-level presentations
- Curate global futurist networks to identify paradigm-shifting research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or impact on industry roadmaps
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable innovation preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
