- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives to drive organizational alignment
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market horizons
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
