Responsibilities

- Develop future scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on forward-looking priorities
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D to validate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and disruptors across 15+ industries
- Establish metrics to track foresight effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
