Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or strategic journals
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
