Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026+ lenses
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategic initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions addressing 2026 market demands
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or client-led transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) strongly preferred
