Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Figma
