Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026 market dynamics
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation prioritization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D roadmaps and investment decisions
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making and stakeholder communication
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors for intelligence gathering
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight projects demonstrating impact
