Responsibilities

- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author quarterly trend briefings for board and investor communications
- Integrate foresight methodologies into R&D and product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures forecasting tools and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research preferred
