- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive frameworks for industry conferences
- Integrate AI-driven trend analysis with qualitative research to quantify future opportunity spaces
- Champion ethical innovation principles in long-term technology adoption and deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or commercialized innovation roadmaps
- Mastery of predictive analytics tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
