Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with demonstrable impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, patents, or industry keynotes)
