Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive trends
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized networks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
