Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify partnership opportunities and M&A targets for future growth
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend monitoring and expert networks
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready processes and technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience with agile transformation and change management
