Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight initiatives for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizations adapting to post-2025 workforce and market dynamics
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-focused research
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR/5.0 technologies or exponential change
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy for 2020-2025
