- Author whitepapers on future-of-work implications and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for strategic acquisition
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
- Build internal '2026 Innovation Council' to drive culture of exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leader in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Track record of transforming $100M+ business units through tech disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Fluency in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
