- Spearhead cross-functional innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field

- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (preferred)
