Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with emerging market needs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with potential 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition across complex domains
- Experience designing and executing multi-year horizon scanning initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
