Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed impact assessments
- Build and nurture relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Proven track record of implementing strategic tech transformations with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation frameworks
