- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on futuristic development priorities
- Produce trend reports and competitive analyses for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists on future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal analysis
