Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and biotechnology convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, autonomous systems, and sustainable infrastructure
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with data-driven future projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite leaders to embed future intelligence into business strategy
- Build proprietary foresight models integrating geopolitical shifts, demographic changes, and technological inflection points
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures journals or major industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term strategic pivots and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) or equivalent professional accreditation
