- Design strategic roadmaps integrating future scenarios into product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics models
- Mentor a dedicated futures research team and drive internal foresight literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and adaptation strategies
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in technology strategy, futures studies, or related field
