Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and whitepapers on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into current development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
