As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop strategies that leverage breakthrough technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights while maintaining a pulse on global socio-technological shifts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026 market trends and technological disruptions to inform strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum AI integration and human-machine augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with predictive analytics on emerging regulations
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal impacts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
