Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and quantify emerging technological disruptions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with visualized scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future-state visions into prototype development roadmaps
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes for paradigm-shifting signals
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using proprietary AI tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-state frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio of high-impact visualizations
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4 Enterprise)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
