Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Champion design thinking workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to embed futuristic capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or research
