Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups into corporate ecosystems
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging geopolitical and technological paradigms
- Oversee the implementation of agile innovation frameworks to rapidly validate future-focused initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI on future-facing investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or technology consulting with proven future-vision track record
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized governance
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in reputable futures/innovation publications
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms (e.g., Spigit, Qmarkets)
