- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking long-term innovation adoption
- Represent company vision at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking methodologies
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation summits
