Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and publish trend briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Design immersive futures-thinking workshops for global stakeholders
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-generation technological deployment
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and speculative design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., HBR, Wired)
- Strong background in AI governance, quantum computing, or biotech ethics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-facing projects with measurable impact
