Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for future-proofing organizational operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Design pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable KPIs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
