Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2023-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a futurism authority
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and market readiness for 2026 innovations
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year horizon trend analysis and strategy implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven ability to communicate complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, scenario modeling software)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
