- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports for executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
