Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish frameworks for ethical innovation and responsible tech governance
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, Web3)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
