Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and pilot innovation frameworks for sustainable business models and circular economies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core operations
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for co-creation initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in anticipatory thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology architecture
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and their interdependencies
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
