Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market adaptation and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with data-driven forecasts for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry speaking engagements
- Mentor junior futurists in forecasting methodologies and strategic analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
