Responsibilities

- Collaborate with neuroscientists to design ethical neural interface protocols

- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Scanning' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech leadership
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to reality
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves (Moore's Law, etc.)
- Fluency in future scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent disruptive innovation portfolio
- Clearance for classified national security innovation projects
