- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on sustainable and ethical tech development
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition and integration opportunities
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and investors quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends and societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and sustainability principles
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-functional teams
