Responsibilities
- Architect strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending solutions for decentralized autonomous networks
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Author white papers on human augmentation and ethical AI governance
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental tech incubation
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum-neural interface projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic engineering, and synthetic biology
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of launching at least two patented technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
