Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech-IT convergence
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Establish patent portfolios for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG-tier companies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of converting theoretical models to commercial products
- Security clearance for sensitive government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
