Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI ethics, quantum adoption, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology strategists
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in foresight/futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready technology frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological tipping points
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Published work or speaking engagements at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
