- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Prototype AI-driven solutions for sustainability and climate resilience initiatives
- Advocate for ethical AI governance frameworks in high-stakes decision environments
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Proven track record publishing industry foresight reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or Design Thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology impact assessments for 2025-2030
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across 20+ countries
