Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting massive real-time data streams.
- Lead architectural reviews for deep learning pipelines and neural network optimization strategies.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models for high-precision accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in data processing workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
