Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 transition, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technologies.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and machine learning models into enterprise workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess current systems for future quantum computing compatibility and implement scalable, post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Sustainability Engineering: Lead initiatives to reduce carbon footprints through green data center architecture and energy-efficient coding practices.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the decommissioning and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with futuristic platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to anticipate future infrastructure needs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain technologies, or quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect certification is highly preferred.
