Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in large-scale infrastructure or smart city projects
- Expertise in sustainable development frameworks (LEED, BREEAM, etc.)
- Proficiency in infrastructure modeling software (ArcGIS, CityEngine, etc.)
