Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in autonomous systems/AI
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Expertise in agile frameworks and DevOps pipelines

- PMP or CSM certification required
- Experience with federal tech compliance (NIST, FISMA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
