Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the strategic definition and execution of 'Future Tech' initiatives specifically targeted for the 2026 horizon.
- Market Analysis: Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitor research to identify disruptive technologies and white space opportunities.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate high-impact innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the integration of emerging architectures into core business models to ensure scalability and future-readiness.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor technical leadership and cross-functional teams in the art of predicting and building for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Tech Stack: Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Spatial Computing.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable, executable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
