Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
